Inkworx is a digital consent form platform for tattoo and piercing parlors. This policy explains how Inkworx collects and handles information related to parlor owners who use our service, and how client data submitted through parlor forms is processed.
Inkworx serves two types of people with different data relationships:
When a client fills out a consent form, their responses are uploaded directly to the parlor owner's Google Drive account. Inkworx retains only:
The full content of the form — including any health information, signatures, or uploaded photos — is stored in the parlor's Google Drive, not on Inkworx servers. The parlor, not Inkworx, is the data controller for client submission data.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use client form data for advertising.
Inkworx uses Google OAuth for authentication and the Google Drive API for file storage. Your use of these features is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can revoke Inkworx's access to your Google account at any time via your Google account permissions.
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you close your account, your Inkworx account and parlor records will be deleted. Client submission data stored in your Google Drive is not affected — you control that data.
End clients who wish to request deletion of their form submission should contact the parlor directly, as the parlor controls that data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights regarding your Inkworx account, contact us at the address below. For rights related to form submission data, contact the parlor that collected it.
